	Vancouver, B.C---March 27, 2007 -- Uranium North Resource Corp. (TSX-V: UNR) announces it has retained Renmark Financial Communications Inc. to handle investor relations activities. Renmark is a full service financial communications company, and one of the largest retail investor relations firms in Canada. "We are pleased to be working with Renmark to strengthen Uranium North Resource's profile in the financial community and enhance the visibility of our extensive uranium project portfolio," says Mark Kolebaba, President and Chief Executive Officer of Uranium North Resource Corp. In consideration of the services provided, the Company will pay a monthly retainer of $6,000.00 for the first six months, and if Uranium North elects, extend the contract six months by paying a monthly retainer of $7,500.00 for the remaining six months.
