Maynard Brown Position: Director Mr. Maynard Brown, Director has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since 1973, and was a partner of Brown McCue, a Vancouver law firm that specialized in advising public companies on securities law and matters related to financial and stock exchange transactions. Mr. Brown serves as a Director of several junior exploration companies and has been a Director of Diamonds North since its inception in 2002. Mr. Brown's knowledge of corporate structure and securities law has significantly contributed to the creation of Uranium North and will continue to serve as an asset as Uranium North develops.
